All goods subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any item with one of a similar type and value.
Terms of Payment.
Payment by cash, cheque or cleared funds, unless a credit account has been agreed prior to purchase. All Cheques to made payable to "A. R. BAILEY"
We cannot at the present accept Credit or Debit cards, sorry.
All prices are given in good faith and include V.A.T. at the current rate.
All prices are subject to change due to forces outside our control. Notice will be given wherever possible.
Prices are correct at the time of going to press, errors and omissions excepted.
Any cheques returned by the bank to be represented will be liable to a administration fee of £25 or 5% of the total invoice amount, whichever is the greater.
Overdue accounts will be subject to interest and will accrue from the date of due payment until amount owed is cleared. This will be made at 3% above the Bank of England base rate.
Incidents of short deliveries and damage must be notified in writing to ourselves within 3 days of receipt of goods.
No goods may be returned without prior agreement.
Until the full payment of the goods is received, all goods will remain the property of BBOP.
